OUR PROCESS

Something in our work sparks your interest and you want to learn more so you fill out our inquiry form. This form allows us to learn more about you and your wedding plans!

It's important to have a connection with your weddings photographers as they will be by your side the whole day. We meet all our couples over Zoom/Facetime prior to booking. These meetings range from 30-45 min. No need to prep but if you have any questions this is a great time to ask!

02. Schedule a time to meet

03. Make it Official

A signed contract and 50% retainer is required to officially secure the date. Let us know which package you want to book and we can create your online portal with your invoice and online contract.

04. BOOK engagement session (OPTIONAL)

We love this extra time to get to know our couples so we don't show up as strangers on your wedding day. Once we have a date selected for the session we will repeat step 3 but for the engagement session.

05. Wedding Details Questionnaire 

3 months before your wedding date we send out a questionnaire with all the important info we need (and nothing more) to show up ready to shoot.

06. ONE MONTH OUT

Your final payment is due along with your completed questionnaire. We will go through your answers and address any questions we have for you as well as craft a plan for your portrait location(s)

All your hard work is done! Now you get to be present and enjoy each other, your loved ones and the day!

07. THE WEDDING

We will send you a Preview gallery within 48 hours. This is for you to immediately enjoy and share images from the day while you wait for the full gallery. You can expect the full gallery 4-18 weeks later. If you would like to order a fine art album reach out to start the process! Prints and other products can be ordered through your gallery online shop.
